I think it is possible to maintain a whole 30 while pregnant but i think it has a lot to do with your pregnancy. Make sure you are eating. This is my 3rd pregnancy and all i can say is that pregnancy is weird. Now i’m wondering if it’s smart to do while. The reason why whole30 during pregnancy is powerful is to make sure you’re feeling strong, clear headed, fueled and fabulous to receive what’s to come. I’m not a diet person at all nor do i want to lose weight (obviously), but my husband and i both have been eating so much junk.
